1. A Digital Service

Prasovi is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product delivered entirely online. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so nothing is shipped to you.

2. Activation of Paid Plans

When you subscribe to a paid plan, access to its features is activated on your account online, once Razorpay, our payment processor, confirms the payment, usually within a few minutes. Your current plan is shown on the Billing page in your account settings.

3. If Your Plan Isn't Activated

If you've paid but your plan hasn't been activated, contact us at [email protected] from the email address of your Prasovi account.
