Prasovi Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Prasovi, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

Prasovi scans source code repositories and cloud infrastructure accounts that you connect, to identify security findings such as exposed secrets, code vulnerabilities, outdated dependencies, and cloud misconfigurations.

3. Your Responsibilities

Authorization: You represent that you have the legal right and authorization to scan any repository or cloud account you connect to Prasovi. You must not use Prasovi to scan systems you do not own or do not have explicit permission to scan.

Account security: You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use: You agree not to use Prasovi to: scan third-party systems without authorization; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to Prasovi's own infrastructure; or violate any applicable law.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Trial: New accounts receive a free trial (currently 3 scans or 7 days, whichever comes first).

Paid plans: Paid subscriptions (Starter, Growth, Scale) are billed monthly in advance via Razorpay. Plan limits (repos, scans per week, history retention) are as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then, and your subscription will not renew afterward.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for subscription charges, except in cases of (a) duplicate/erroneous charges caused by a billing error, or (b) a verified service outage that prevented you from using Prasovi for a significant portion of your billing period. To request a refund under these circumstances, contact [email protected] within 7 days of the charge in question.

Plan changes: Switching between paid plans takes effect immediately and starts a new billing cycle; unused time on your previous plan is not credited.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Prasovi is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that our scans will detect all vulnerabilities or misconfigurations, or that findings are free of false positives. You remain solely responsible for the security of your own systems. Prasovi is a tool to assist your security posture, not a guarantee of security.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prasovi and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to security incidents that occur despite (or independent of) using Prasovi.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time, which permanently removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
